Check out this little red snapper fish, I dreamed about this one. I didn’t exactly catch him but certainly cooked him … Of course with a nice experimental sauce made of pepper, yoghurt, coconut milk, anise, coriander, red grapefruit, and baked him on a bed of grapefruit, garlic and coriander Mmm 
he’s a lot bigger than he looks, went well with a corona n lime nomnomnom.
